  • Should be working in a BPO/ CALL CENTER while applying for the job.

  • Should have experience in mass recruitment and various hiring / recruitment tools used for the same.

  • Well versed, crisp and professional with basic screening, sorting and initial personal interview rounds for entry level positions regarding both, voice and non voice based processes.

  • Able to devise effective screening tests for both, voice and non voice based processes.

  • Should have proven experience in conducting interviews both personal and telephonic for entry level and mid level management.

  • Should have proven experience of dealing with consultants.

  • Must possess good contacts with a decent pool of consultants and be able to establish new contracts with them.

  • Well versed using all the various recruitment tools such as job portals similar to and also naukri.com, free job boards, new paper adverts, hoardings, radio adverts etc.

  • Should have relevant experience in carrying out campus recruitments.

  • Should be an extrovert and must be willing to take initiative, with experience in speaking to vendors etc and negotiating on various recruitment tools.

  • Must have considerable experience in other Human Resource related activities and processes apart from recruitment.

  • Should be experienced in pre-screening of mid-level management job vacancies, along with their relevant job postings using various recruitment tools.

  • Should have experience in analysing, devising and formulating Job Descriptions for any vacancies that may arise.
